Minor variations are normal and are not considered defects.

DIY and customized items
DIY kits, customized selections, personalized combinations, made-to-order products, and items prepared according to customer choices are final sale unless the item arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item.

Orders and payment
Customers are responsible for reviewing product details, quantities, shipping information, email address, and phone number before completing payment. Once payment is completed, orders cannot be canceled, including before shipment.

Shipping
